This is the base document used to create the PDF
form of the Wisconsin RFU Match Report. This Excel Document has
a sheet (tab) where Player and Roster information can be entered. After
the roster section is completed, drop-down list boxes can be used
to select players for the match report.
The data entered in this document is sample data,
and has been left as an example for those
who would like to use this Spreadsheet. If you have any questions about
